For founders & new ideas
You have the idea. We'll help you launch it properly.
Whether it's your first business, a side project alongside your job, or something you've been thinking about for years — we help non-technical founders turn ideas into real products that customers can find, trust and pay for.
Why ideas stall
It's rarely the idea. It's everything around it.
A builder tool can give you a site in a weekend. Then come the questions nobody warned you about.
- How will customers actually find this — on Google, in AI answers, on the app stores?
- Am I handling people's data legally in the UK, US and EU?
- Is it secure, or will a quick build leak customer information?
- How do I take payments, send emails and handle support without drowning in admin?
- What should I build first — and what should I leave out?
- Who do I ask when something breaks at the worst possible moment?

Project or partnership
We share the risk when it makes sense.
Some founders want a fixed scope they pay for and own. Others have a strong idea but limited capital. We offer both, and we'll be honest about which fits.

FAQ
Founder questions
I'm not technical. Can I still launch a product?
Yes. Most of the founders we work with aren't technical. We explain decisions in plain English, show you working previews as we go, and make sure you understand and own what's been built.
What is an MVP and do I need one?
A minimum viable product is the smallest version of your idea that real customers can use and pay for. It lets you learn what people actually want before spending heavily. We help you decide what belongs in version one and what can wait.
Can you help me validate my idea before building?
Yes. Sometimes the best first step is a landing page, a waiting list or a simple prototype to test demand. If we think you should validate before building, we'll say so.
What does a partnership with Doctran look like?
For the right idea we can reduce upfront costs in exchange for a share of revenue or equity. It means we're invested in your success, not just the delivery. Partnerships are agreed case by case, in writing.
Who owns the code and the idea?
You do. On project work, intellectual property transfers to you on payment. We'll happily sign a mutual NDA before you share details.
Ready to stop thinking about it and start?
Tell us what you're trying to build or fix. We'll reply personally — usually within one working day — with honest thoughts on whether and how we can help.
