Sharing an idea you care about takes trust. Here's exactly how we handle it — in plain English.
Our commitments
- We never sell, share or steal ideas. What you tell us is used only to understand your project and reply to you.
- Mutual NDA on request. Tick the box on our form, or just ask. We'll send a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you share detailed information.
- You own what you pay for. On project-based work, the intellectual property in the work we create for you transfers to you on payment, as set out in your contract.
- Your accounts, your name. Domains, app store developer accounts and hosting are set up in your name wherever possible, so you're never locked in.
- Need-to-know access. Only the people working on your enquiry or project can see your information.
How we handle your enquiry
When you submit our contact form, your message is sent securely to our team by email. We don't add you to marketing lists, and we don't pass your details to third parties other than the service providers needed to deliver email. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
We suggest sharing a high-level summary first. Once an NDA is in place, you can share as much detail as you're comfortable with.
Partnerships
If we work together as partners, ownership, revenue share or equity are always agreed in a written contract before work starts. Nothing is assumed, and nothing changes without your agreement.
